Once the applicant's file is complete, the file will be submitted to the admissions committee for consideration.   If the committee decides in favor of the acceptance, a courtesy call will be made to the student's pastor before granting final acceptance. Subsequently, the applicant will be sent a letter notifying them of the committee's final decision.
